Sublet Slip Available at Elliot Bay Marina

Hey Gals,

This came in from Diane Johnson, help get the word out.

Now that we have succeeded in selling our boat ‘Duet’, Mark and I have a slip available at Elliott Bay Marina,  2601 West Marina Place, Seattle, (206) 285-4817.

It is called a 36′ slip but actually it’s 39 long, approx 1/2 of 27′ wide, share width with another boat, currently small powerboat.  We’re paying $12 per day and it’s available now through August 31.  We are open to any offers for sublet.  Also now that we are boatless in Seattle we would be happy to lend it for free with anyone who has had us out on their boat or will have us out on their boat in the future, thank you!

It has the following amenities:

Fuel dock with Gas- (Ethanol Free), Marine Diesel.  Elliott Bay Marina tenants receive an automatic 10 cent per gallon discount!

Free pump outs

Located outside of the locks near Magnolia neighborhood

2 good restaurants at marina:  Maggie Bluffs & Palisades

Secure dock with locked gate

Immaculate restrooms with free showers

Fully landscaped grounds with a serene, park–like setting

Laundry facilities

Cable TV, phone jacks, water spigots, and dock boxes are included in the monthly rate and are located at every slip

Broadband Wireless or Cable Internet is available through several companies

Free Thursday night race 8-16-12 with free food and drinks after race.

The slip is at the first dock you see as you drive into marina (N-dock), slip N-66.  If you sublet the slip we will give you the parking sticker for owner’s parking next to dock.
