April 21st – From Lake Champlain to Lake Michigan: “No More than 5 Locks a Day

Our speakers introduce us to all kinds of boating adventures. In her talk, From Lake Champlain to Lake Michigan: “No More than 5 Locks a Day”,  Marsha Cutting will take us along on her experience of single handing her Pearson 26 through more than 75 locks and the Big Chute Marine Railway on a 15400 mile trip. She made the trip during the summer of 2012, making the acquaintance of loopers, locals, & locktenders along the way.
