We have a fun evening planned that will get you out of your chairs and out of a work-a-day mindset. You’ll have a chance to learn about how to maintain a sound mind and body anytime anywhere through mindful meditation and movement and a healthy lifestyle. Learn holistic strategies to help restore balance and navigate safely through life’s storms and squalls.
Sherry C, http://www.xpresssyoga.com, is an outdoor enthusiast who is currently preparing for a sailing adventure with her husband. She enjoys giving presentations on life/work balance and teaching yoga and yoga therapy when she is not working as a Project Manager. Her training embodies the fluid balance of exertion and release through relaxed meditative mindful movement designed to help reduce stress and relieve tension that remains in the body after a physically or mentally challenging day.
Come relax and enjoy the evening.
