Free Youth Sailing Event at Sandpoint Saturday, April 30th

Do you know any kids who haven’t yet discovered the joy of sailing?

Bring them to this open house this Saturday for a FREE sailing experience, hosted by The Sailing Foundation.

Free boat rides, fun and giveaways.

Date and time: Saturday, April 30th starting at 11:00am

Location: Sail Sand Point 7861 62nd Ave NE Seattle, WA 98115 (North End of Warren G Magnuson Park)


More than 16 sailing programs will be represented; including Frog Prints e! STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) sailing for middle school aged girls.  There’s a program for every kid!

Bruce Haulman Jr. Sailing Program (Vashon Island) – Camp Gallagher

Center for Wooden Boats – Corinthian Yacht Club of Seattle

Mt Baker Rowing and Sailing Center – Meydenbauer Bay Yacht Club

Northwest Interscholastic Sailing Association – Northwest Outward Bound School

Sail Sand Point – Sea Scouts of Puget Sound

South Whidbey Yacht Club – Tacoma Yacht Club
